- Deliver top-notch in-person and remote IT support across desks, offices, and field locations
- Solve hardware, software, and network issues with confidence
- Manage logistics, stock control, and back-office IT tasks
- Work through ticketing systems and follow procedures to keep things running smoothly.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, Active Directory, iPhones, Macs, printers, audiovisual equipment (Cisco).
- Familiarity with network protocols and IT security.
- Microsoft-savvy and ready to troubleshoot with critical thinking.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Clear communicator & customer-first mindset
