It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.Location: Remote (Portugal)Language: German (C2) + English: B2Type: Customer Service / Automotive IndustryContract Duration: 6 monthsWorking Hours: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 (Rotational Shifts), 2 rotating days offAbout the Role: As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers via chat, phone, and email. Your focus will be on maintaining and improving customer relationships while ensuring performance targets are met. You will contribute to operational excellence and enhance the overall customer experience.Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels and update CRM systems.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional and timely responses.
Support customer retention and loyalty by achieving successful outcomes.
Maintain professional and empathetic interactions with all customers.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Identify emerging issues and propose improvements proactively.
Compensation:
Base salary: €1100 gross/month
Performance bonus: €80 gross/month
