We are recruiting on behalf of our client – one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Portugal. The contract will be signed directly with the Portuguese employer.About the RoleWe are looking for talented French-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team supporting a leading digital payments platform. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, assisting customers across Europe through multiple communication channels.Location: Remote (must be based in Portugal or relocating)Start Dates: September 4th or 25thSalary: €1,000 gross base + €100 gross skill bonus (for 12 months)Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working dayContract: 6 monthsSchedule: Rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–19:00, occasional extension to 21:00), 2 days off/weekResponsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
Provide professional support regarding products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
Work proactively to optimize the customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Native-level French (C2) and confident English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service or contact centres (preferred)
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers
Shared apartment (max 12 months) at €280/month including all utilities (deducted from payslip)
Flight reimbursement up to €400 (paid at the end of the 6th month)
