- Assist customers via multiple channels in English and Dutch;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
- Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.
- Native or fluent in Dutch language (level C1+);
- Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral;
- Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid model will be implemented;
- Ability to work shifts Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM;
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
