- Answering questions regarding products and services via phone and email (80% inbound, 20% outbound)
- Supporting small and medium-sized companies across industries such as healthcare, finance, administration, trade and education
- Offering client-oriented solutions with a focus on product lines like Surface and Hololens
- Providing product information including prices and discounts
- Processing orders and finalizing sales over the phone
- Handling administrative tasks and account updates
- Maintaining regular contact with existing customers for optimization and product updates
- Native level of French and good command of English
- Previous sales experience or strong sales orientation
- Good negotiation skills or eagerness to develop them
- Interest in technology and digital products
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Precise and comfortable handling administrative tasks
- Motivation, reliability and commitment to your work
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Type of contract: 12-month renewable fixed-term contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Salary conditions:
