- Candidate sourcing - Engage the best job talent in the market according to currently open and future vacancies in a proactive way;
- Candidate management - Own relationship with all candidates, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer & rejection;
- Candidate experience - Have a “candidate first” mindset and ensure that the company's culture is inherent in every candidate interaction;
- Stakeholder management - Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, senior business leadership, People Partners, as well as other supporting teams inside and outside the People team;
- Reporting & analysis - regular reports for key stakeholders providing data & insights to monitor progress and inform decision-making;
- Projects and initiatives - Have an ownership role in planning and executing TA key strategic projects while creating engagement within the team and reporting to stakeholders;
- Foster a culture of growth by supporting/coaching junior members of the team and stand-in for the Talent Acquisition Lead in high-priority tasks during periods of absence or as priority management demands.
