• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints, offering precise solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Product and Beauty Consultation: Provide advice on beauty products, care routines, and alternatives, addressing customer queries efficiently.
• E-Commerce Assistance: Answer questions regarding returns, deliveries, refunds, and other e-commerce matters.
• Data Protection: Address GDPR-related inquiries, handle newsletter unsubscriptions, and manage potential data breaches.
• Health Reports: Register and report health-related conditions that customers may bring up.
