Answer customer questions and resolve issues via phone and email.
Troubleshoot problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
Support external sellers who use the platform.
Provide information about digital products.
Escalate and reroute complex cases to the right department.

What We’re Looking For

Native/fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-driven.
Comfortable using digital tools and handling different types of queries.
