- Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate.
- Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Feedback: Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong communication skills in English are also highly desirable.

- Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

- Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecommunications is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Availability: Must be based in Porto and willing to work on-site in a fully office-based environment.
