Location: work from home in PortugalRole: Dutch speaking Customer AdvisorSalary: 1,309 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus 50 euro gross p/m performance bonus potentialWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.Are you a Dutch speaker looking for a new adventure abroad? With millions of products available online, this platform has become a household name for books, electronics, entertainment, and much more.What you’ll be doingAs a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will:Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
Provide guidance on digital products and services
Support external sellers with their queries
Escalate and reroute complex issues to the right departments
Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and friendly shopping experienceRequirementsFluent in Dutch and English
Previous customer service experience desired
Willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Stable and good internet if working from homeOn offerCompetitive salary of up to 1,309 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance)
