YOUR TASKS

Develop and manage resource and crane schedules for wind farm site operations.
Ensure crane availability aligns with project milestones and timelines.
Coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely delivery of components and equipment.
Maintain close communication with Site Managers and site teams to ensure alignment.
Adapt schedules to accommodate weather, equipment availability, and unforeseen challenges.
Monitor project progress and deliver daily and weekly updates.
Optimize resource allocation to reduce costs while maintaining safety and efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

3-5 years of experience in resource and crane planning, ideally within renewable energy or construction.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing conditions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and management levels.
Proficiency in project planning tools and software.
Experience in precast concrete or building construction is a plus.
Prior involvement in wind farm operations is highly desirable.Willingness to work in remote locations and flexible schedules, including weekends.
English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory)
