Tender Preparation and Contract Management.
Daily Management of Public Procurement Journals and Platforms.
Tender Requirement analysis.
Preparation and support to the different phases of the process, regarding technical and legal requirements (clarification, tender preparation and submission on the public contracting platforms);
Management of pre-awarding phase, competitor analysis, legal assessment of its tenders.
Awarding phase, qualification documents preparation and submission.
Contract validation, signature and order process initiation.
Sales Support in private tenders.

Your Profile:

Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Good MS Office knowledge, particularly in Word and Excel.
University Degree or equivalent.
Communication skills and teamwork oriented.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and stress, in a changing environment.
Attention to Details and sense of responsibility
