🔧 Assist with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
📝 Accurately document interactions and manage your ticket queue
🤝 Work cross-functionally with tech and service teams

🇫🇷 Native/fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
📅 Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
💻 Strong communication skills across platforms
