- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and a strong command of English for internal communication.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
- Skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
- Can work independently, make sound decisions, and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
