This fully remote role is exclusively for candidates based in Portugal, north of Coimbra, and is ideal whether youre starting in customer service or already a pro.Youll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for customers and travel agents helping with bookings, modifications, and cruise planning. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 1,000/month (14 payments per year) 14,000/year.
Meal Allowance: 7.24 per workday via meal card (approx. 1,837/year).
Performance Bonus: 150/month (12 months).Shift Schedule: MondaySunday, 08:0019:00, rotational shifts.
Days Off: 2 weekly (rotating).
Core Responsibilities
Customer Support:Answer inbound calls from customers and travel agents, offering accurate cruise info.
Guide customers through pre-booking, booking, and post-booking processes.
Booking Management:Assist with changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
Support travel agents with their reservations.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:Suggest extras like excursions or onboard activities without pressure.
Post-Booking & Problem-Solving:Help customers with payments, documents, and special requests.
Resolve complaints empathetically, escalating to internal teams when needed.
Qualifications
Italian: C1 level or above (spoken and written).
English: Good level for internal communication.
Customer service or hospitality experience nice to have (training provided).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
