Additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus
Currently residing in Lisbon, with availability to work onsite at our office (Av. da República, next to Entrecampos station)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
A genuine interest in Customer Support and a strong focus on client satisfaction — able to deliver high-quality assistance in a variety of situations
High school diploma (minimum requirement)
All necessary documentation to work legally in PortugalResponsibilitiesYou'll support adventurous customers who are ready to hit the road and explore the world on four wheels — and you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience.Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat;
Assist clients throughout their campervan rental journey;
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support;
Guide customers through bookings, rental processes, and contract details;
Deliver exceptional service to ensure the best travel experience possible.
