In this role, you’ll support professionals in insurance and risk management, assisting policyholders with queries related to health insurance benefits, reimbursements, and policy details. Your work will ensure exceptional service delivery and accurate record-keeping, making a real difference to our customers.Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders via phone and email in German and English.
- Provide accurate and timely support regarding insurance benefits, reimbursements, and policies.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in line with company processes.
- Escalate complex issues when needed to ensure efficient resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or advisory roles is a plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple queries simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
