- Support the client in achieving its growth potential through the use of customer insight, data and artificial intelligence
- Build robust, long-lasting relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business and across functions within the client.
- Provide guidance for local client team members as well as key client stakeholders – using your retail process and subject matter expertise to fine-tune and direct the best route to client value delivery based on SymphonyAI’s solutions suite.
- Seek opportunities to adapt and improve upon the ways both SymphonyAI and the client do business leveraging customer insight and data, while engaging stakeholders in developing these opportunities
- Guide local and international colleagues to ensure consistent execution and delivery on targets
- Partner with internal and external CPG focused groups to embed the journey from insight into action within Retailer & CPG processes
- Train clients on how to infuse SymphonyAI Retail tools and insights into Retail business processes
- Participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested
- Support the development of best practices, training and reference materials
- At least 5 years' experience in customer centric retailing from either a consulting or retailer standpoint
- Understanding of category management or experience in a CPG would be an advantage
- Experience of influencing senior executives and coaching teams
- Self-starter skills and ability to work with groups to achieve optimal performance
- Strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape and retail processes
- Understanding of leveraging customer insights / data
- Ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly
- Approaches problems as opportunities for improvement
- Genuine customer focus with deep commitment to client and internal customer satisfaction
