- Provide professional, personalised responses to hotelier queries via email, phone, and online discussion forums.
- Deliver world-class customer experiences by actively listening, responding promptly, and anticipating future needs.
- Escalate queries to internal teams through established processes and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Meet daily and weekly engagement targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team to ensure a smooth handover of new client accounts to support.
- Engage with dissatisfied clients empathetically, aiming to resolve concerns and turn them into promoters.
- Identify and address signals that a client may be considering leaving, working with internal teams to prioritise their needs.
- Fluency in German and English
- 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role
- Technical proficiency in navigating various software systems (training provided)
- Hotel front desk/reservations or hospitality industry experience
- Strong problem-solving mindset
