- Evaluating requests, making informed decisions, and processing them accordingly.
- Using your problem-solving skills to analyze information and address issues.
- Contributing to ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Are highly proficient in Italian (both written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2 level).
- Possess strong writing and communication skills, with a natural sense of empathy and teamwork.
- Enjoy identifying customer needs and providing quick solutions.
- Are proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong collaborator.
- Previous experience in customer service is a bonus.
