- Support the business divisions of the BPCE Community in their transformation projects and assist them in the operational conduct of major projects.
- Manufacture and deploy IT solutions for the functional departments of BPCE and GFS.
- Lead and coordinate the IT sector of the BPCE Group and technological innovation.
- Structuring and facilitating the end-to-end processes of the Group’s major banking services chains (fiduciary, succession, EDI, publishing...).
- Management of entry/mobility/exit requests (internal and external collaborators): Taking into account requests for movements, access requests and creation of AD accounts and email addresses.
- Positioning of occupants in buildings: Positioning of new internal employees and contractors declared in the RPG.
- Management of access to network directories & generic mailboxes: in connection with CSL.
- Management of requests for laptops, business smartphones and creation of softphone telephone line: request to be processed in SUN.
- Tool authorisations and access rights: processing requests in SIGMA NEXT for all application profile or business profile authorisations.
- Workplace Contractor Tracking (contract extensions): regularly check the end dates in the RPG Excel or Power Bi file for update in the RPG.
- Report/dashboard monitoring activity Administration Workplace: feed and update.
- Degree in a related field.
- Good knowledge of the internal applications used on the intervention perimeter: Sun, Sigma and RPG.
- Experience in setting or managing authorizations is a plus.
- Office Pack proficiency (including good excel proficiency).
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
- Team spirit in a multi-site context (Porto and Paris) and telework.
